Shipping and delivery policy

DART (drubelabs academy for robotics and technology), run by D-Rube Labs & Research Pvt. Ltd., sells digital online courses and in-person training. We do not ship physical products.

Online courses: instant digital delivery

Courses are delivered online through your DART account. There is no shipping and no shipping charge.
As soon as your payment is confirmed (usually within seconds), the course unlocks and you are taken to its first lesson. You also receive a confirmation email with your payment ID.
You can open your courses any time from My account, on any device, and download the Python simulation files from the course’s simulation lesson.
If a course has not unlocked within 1 hour of payment, email support@drubelabs.com with your payment ID and we will fix it within one working day, or refund you.

Programmes: delivered in person

Workshops, bootcamps and internships take place at the venue and on the dates shown on the programme page, usually our labs at Kerala Startup Mission, Kalamassery and Anna Incubator, Guindy, Chennai, or at your institution.
After you pay, we email your seat confirmation and joining details at least 3 days before the start date.
Kits used in programmes are provided at the venue; they are not posted.

Certificates

Certificates are issued digitally within 7 working days of completing the programme or course requirements, and can be verified online with their certificate ID.
